We had soup, panneer starters, roti, subzi and pasta. No big complaints, but soup and coffee could’ve been hotter.

The aesthetic of the place is really cozy and insta worthy. However the wait time for each dish is more than 30 minutes if you reach before 7 PM and around 20+ minutes after. the paneer reshmi tikka was undercooked and the strawberry ice tea was extremely sweet. The dahi papdi chaat and the quantity of tikka were good.

7th July 2025 I and my wife, we went to this HERBIVORE restaurant today morning for English breakfast after checking their menu online, after going over there, we were surprised to know that they don’t serve English breakfast which was in the menu, I don’t want show my frustration to the poor bearer so I asked what do u have, from the available things I have ordered Bada tiffin and appam, then he went in and came out after few minutes and said no appam available, I was keeping myself calm, and ordered finally for 1 bada tiffin (₹450) and a onion rava dosai, after few minutes again the bearer came and said, no idiappam is available which is part of the bada tiffin, and he said we will give appam instead of idiappam in bada tiffin, little confusing right, even for me, I said ok for that, then in the name of manager / incharge, rude person came out, and said only these things r available no idiappam and no appam, only dosai part of bada breakfast, then I lost my cool, told him I came for English breakfast just to try at ur restaurant, u said not available, and all other items not available, except idli dosai poori 🤪🤪🤪 when I lost my cool, I raised my voice and asked him, whether will u get angry when u go out with ur wife and when u experience such thing happened to me at ur restaurant, very sarcastically he said no Sir I will not get angry like you. Then my wife started talking, then he used a cuss word “Mayiru” against us though we didn’t use any bad words or we spoke in a ill way other than showing our frustration asking u don’t have any items then why don’t u change ur menu in Zomato / google etc. When I asked him name, I don’t know whether he said the real name, I took photo of him, then he started abusing us and taking our video n even my car pic he took, threatening that the manager is from media and he knows people in THALAMAI SEYALAGAM and all 😂😂 I said so what, u don’t have rights to use cuss bad words against us. Now we r having our breakfast at nearby good restaurant where we got good food and great service unlike at HERBIVORE. The setup is modern and stylish however there was too much crowd, noise and chaos. The Food is just okay and extremely expensive considering the portion sizes. But what is really infuriating is that most of the items on the menu were unavailable. It was an underwhelming experience overall

Booked through zomato. They don't have tables but will book you. The security will check you for booking. No organization for booking through zomato. No clue as to table availability. Have to wait in queue even if there is a booking.

quite a pathetic place. wonder why we chose this place during the hols and spoiled our vacay. not even the parking is worth mentioning here.
