Tuscana Pizzeria located in Alwarpet is a Italian Restaurant serving Bruschetta, Pasta, Pizza, Lasagne and more. Egg Drop Chicken Soup: Clear chicken broth with spinach, chicken balls, whisked egg white and parmesan. Tasted good. Garlic Bread With Cheese: Homemade baguette brushed with garlic butter topped with mozerella. Crunchy, tasty with mild garlic taste. Chicken Croquettes: Minced chicken, parmesan, parsley and italian arborio rice rolled in bread crumbs, fried & served in a creamy mushroom sauce. Sauce tasted extremely good and complimented well for Croquettes. Chicken, Capers & Mushrooms Pasta: Pan fried chicken breast, capers, button mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes in creamy sauce. Tasted good with rich flavour. Agnello Pizza: Thin crust fire pizza topped with prime-aged roasted lamb sausage, cheese, grilled onion and spicy pepper sauce. Tasted very good. Molten Chocolate Cake: Warm chocolate cake topped with chocolate sauce. Tasted good. Panna Cotta: Chilled italian custard with vanilla bean, topped with berry compote. Tasted rich and yummy. Mint Strawberry Fizz: Strawberry, mint and lime muddled with lemonade soda. Tasted good. Chocolate Milk Shake: Milk blended with chocolate syrup. Tasted good.

I had been to the Tuscana in Nungambakkam easily 6 years ago, so wanted to go here after it opened up. We ordered the tomato bruschetta and golden cheese dumplings for the start. The tomato in the bruschetta was extremely juicy, although a bit overpriced for 4 pieces. The cheese balls was yummy served with their home made tomato sauce which was out of the world and with good amount of cheese. For the mains, we said the white sauce ravioli and veg midi wheat pizza. Both were very good. Loved the sauce on the pizza base. When 2 more friends joined us, we ordered the golden cheese balls once again and they were sweet enough to give us an extra piece this time. To end the meal, we ordered a tiramisu and a panacotta. Beautiful panacotta with just the right amount of shake to it. Tisamisu was the one which was a bit disappointing, the cocoa powder dusted on top tasted very very weird and had some kind of a garlic taste to it, not sure why, we did tell them and they were sweet enough to replace it but unfortunately it was the same next time as well. We did inform them and asked them to check on it. Overall, a good place for some nice pizzas and pastas!

The place is easy to locate with the help of Google maps. Small space for their own parking. The ambiance is very vibrant and striking with arts featuring places from Italy. Goes well with their theme. The staff is quick to take orders and serve the same. They are courteous and quite good . The food is good and fresh . Explanation of why to go for 12 inch pizza compared to 9 inch pizza on their menu card is quite interesting and pizza lovers will buy into that explanation. Pizza is quite good and has a thin crust . Bruschetta and garlic bread were just average and more seasoning could have been added to enhance the taste. The place is not very costly. Recommended place to try some good authentic pizza with friends and family.

the garlic bread here was yummy. crispy. pizzas were good. but it was panacotta that took my heart away. place is clean. well lit. and comfortable seating. food is good too the prices though I found them in higher side.
