Decent ambience, complimented with good food, and Imoressive accompaniments with good beer. A bit tad expensive, but worth it, for the very courteous staff and service.

Visited with my brother (who's also staying at Turya) on 29-Nov. The place wasn't much crowded so expected a quick service. The Draught Beer my brother ordered was flat and the Long Island IT was good enough. Chicken Tikka though was indeed mouth watering coupled with the right amount of spices. The let down for me was the Service. Chicken Tikka which we ordered at the start came only after we had our second round of drinks. Infact, had to remind for a refill of sides twice and yet it was never served.

The ambience is good but there were mosquitoes that made it difficult to enjoy the drink. The drink itself left a lot to be desired. The beer was flat and did not taste fresh and the whisky door was too bitter. The service was good and they serve chips, peanuts and other accompaniments complimentary with drinks order. I also got Zomato good discount of 25% on my bill.

The place is not at a 3 star or 5 Star level, it's very bad, no cleanliness, the chairs are squeaky, no, Restobar vibe, pretty boring. There's food everywhere on the floor, disgusted, we paid for booking but after seeing the vibe we walked out and went to Macaw which is way better.

Pathetic place to visit. The Zomato offers are fake here. It’s only on Indian spirits, which they don’t tell you. Food is stale, and they try try push stinking stale food to customers assuming you are drunk and don’t understand. They are highly unprofessional.

We visited this place other day from outside the place looks great. But service and quality of food wise they are below par. When you claim to be 5* hotel then good service is expected as bare minimum. Drinks are ok but be prepared to pay 58% vat on your drinks…

They don’t have international beer, no Chinese dishes nor Tandoor dishes. And finally there is no Tequila. Why do they have a restobar? Why do they advertise so much about offers when the items are not available. Some shady practices.

Big scam booked 50% offer through zomato but hotel used a menu with rates spiked double the usual rate so just bought at the original price. The rates in zomato menu and the menu shown at the hotel were completely different

They charged us extra on the total bill. The bill was 50% discount but they charged us for 100% only. And gave us a hand written bill.
