Had a bad experience in Velachery outlet, but since it was due to my time constraint I decided to give this branch a try. The climate was sizzling hot and so was the restaurant, the air conditioners were not working, the number of fans were less, there wasn't proper ventilation. We ordered nool Parotta and beef curry combo, nool parotta, kadala curry, egg fry and Gobi fried rice, lemon sharbath and rose milk. The quantity was good, the taste was okay but the problem was there wasn't much air we were sweating like anything. Hence we din like it much, the sharbath was good and rose milk was okay, but the service was average it took them 10 mins to get one cool water bottle. The price was bit over for the taste they serve. Don't think I'll visit this place again atleast till the AC is repaired

Nool porotta was a little hard, and chicken side dishes were not enough. Biryani was fine. Ambience could have been better.

I didnt expect they will cheat like 3rd rated restaurant and response was very rude. They have given mutton briyani in chicken briyani rice with mutton piece. When asked manager responses this is what happens in most of the hotels. mutton briyani over so we have given mutton pieces in chiken kuska. When i told i will put review, He said do whatever you want. We are not bothered. Its my mistake trusting their faith will not to cheat others but they don't care about their walk of life and only interested in money. Almighty will take care. This is a chain of restaurants and customer service is worst and this type of cheating customer and with lousy attitude. its my mistake to goto this type of people run restaurant.

I am totally disappointed to share that this is the second time I have had an unsatisfactory experience with this outlet. My recent order of grilled chicken arrived after a 45-minute wait, only to find that it was undercooked. This raises serious concerns about both quality control and consistency.Got a half cooked stuff.. While delays can occasionally happen, compromised food quality should never be part of the experience. As a repeat customer, I expected better standards and attention to preparation. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and strengthens their quality checks. Until then, I would advise others to reconsider before placing an order.

Have to rethink before going to this resturant. First of all, Washroom hygiene and cleanliness was worst. Coming to Food quality, found Chicken Malabar briyani tastes bad and stale, tastes were just below average. Also I suggest not to order any snacks, most of them were stale and resturant people just resell the stuff and take no responsibility when I complaint about the stale food taste.

Chicken Chilli Paratha - Made with old Paratha (so rough), old Chicken (smells bad) with full of oil. Can't even eat little bit. Greatest thing is when I told this to Manager he just said "OK". I have told that after make the payment since it is purely my fault to went to this hotel. Note : This is purely my personal and true experience.

Extremely poor service and totally unclean. The bus boy was actually placing the dustbin over the table and chairs while cleaning. Taste was very bad. The only saviour was GoliSoda.

Zomato should add negative rating. If yes, this restaurant deserves negative rating. Worst service, stale food. No hygiene and tikka was not grilled properly. Was cold at the center.
