Though this place is located very near my house and it opened to public more than a month ago, I could actually make it there for lunch only today . I did visit once earlier just before their inauguration. That day they were trying out a soft launch and the owners themselves were present interacting and taking care of all the small details. Let me tell you whether it's coincidence or not I got seated exactly in the same table even today ! It was very crowded today maybe as its the weekend,but I got seated in no time. The ambience was quite noisy due to the number of people inside. The inhouse music being played also contributed to the loud noise inside. The decor is nice and their service is excellent. I will give full marks for cleanliness & hygiene too. The items I tried out are Sweet lassi, Fresh lime soda, Tomato soup, Trio paneer tikka, Kasmiri pulao, Veg Jalfraize and dessert was Tiramisu. All the items tasted fresh and good. Only suggestion is that the paneer could have been more spicy and salt was less in it too. The person who attended to us was Mr Abhishek who was always available to check on our need & comfort. Their menu has so many items that I think I will need to visit many more times in order to be able to try out the variety of dishes. I saw a nice idea of a Quick lunch being served in a tiffin carrier !! They do have car parking space and valets are available too.

Sub par food with an A+ ambience. Wish they put some heart nd soul in the food rather than the presentation.

Absolutely shocking experience at VB World by Vasantha Bhavan. Prime location, premium pricing—but zero respect for customers. The service was painfully poor, and the branch manager’s arrogant, dismissive attitude made it even worse. Looks like they’re surviving only because of the location, not quality. If this is how a “top” restaurant treats customers, the brand is heading downhill fast. Avoid if you value basic service and respect.
