This is regarding the home delivery where the food quality was amazing, but I can see maids being added to the lachcha Paratha. A real Lachcha Paratha is brown in colour. Adding photos for validating pls. Stop adding maida to parathas!

Visited on a Sunday with a lot of excitement, expecting a nice meal and good service, but unfortunately it turned into one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. When we arrived, there was nobody there to seat us, so we were left standing around awkwardly before eventually just sitting ourselves at a random table, hoping someone would notice us. Sadly, that never really happened. We waited for over 30 minutes and still weren’t even given a menu. No one Visited on a Sunday with a lot of excitement, expecting a nice meal and good service, but unfortunately it turned into one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. When we arrived, there was nobody there to seat us, so we were left standing around awkwardly before eventually just sitting ourselves at a random table, hoping someone would notice us. Sadly, that never really happened. We waited for over 30 minutes and still weren’t even given a menu. No one came to greet us, offer water, or even acknowledge us properly. What made it more frustrating was watching the staff serve every table around us while completely ignoring ours. It honestly felt very uncomfortable and disrespectful. The waiter and waitress also came across as quite judgemental and cold in their behaviour. Instead of making customers feel welcome, the attitude felt unnecessarily arrogant and unapproachable. We came with high expectations and left extremely disappointed. Basic hospitality and customer service were completely missing. Really upsetting experience, especially for a Sunday outing we were genuinely looking forward to. came to greet us, offer water, or even acknowledge us properly. GOT FEVER & AN UPSET STOMACH AFTER VISITING THIS PLACE. FELT LIKE I WAS LOOTED UNDER THE NAME OF FINE DINING The food was horrible - full of oil (So much that US would have attacked it) & subpar quality maida. We had ordered a garlic butter naan & a chilli naan along with a subzi which tasted as if paneer was added to sambhar. I would highly suggest that the chefs should apply for a refund from their culinary schools if at all they had gone to one if they are still cooking like this after so much training. The service was lame too. They first gave me a chipped off glass for drinking water. When I told them to change it, they just took it, went back & brought me the same glass again! Ordering felt like a humongous task. You give your order to waiter A who will start scratching his head & call waiter B who will also give a puzzled look & then call the manager. Apparently only a few waiters can take orders through their mobiles - THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE SOO MANY WAITERS JUST ROAMING AROUND?! And now that you are all irritated, they'll play songs in the restaurants which will make you feel as if you are in the playlist of a 14 year old wannabe cool kid.
