the pure veg in chennai it has 2 floor , one in ground floor restaurant and second is roof top 4th floor 😍 experience in food was awesome, Starters to dessert everything. ambience is nice, but roof top is too good for gatherings ,kitties etc for all age groups. The place is awesome for photo sessions, candle light dinner arrangements also available there. Coming to my favourite part : Starters: Spicy crispy potatoes was Handsdown my favourite Achari Panner tikka Main: roti platter - which having 5 types of roti Veg spl Briyani Punjabi Panner

food is good. service can be little faster. also they need to clean and maintain the indoor dinning area. seems to be not maintained . seats were dirty

Would’ve given 5 star… but they didn’t accept Zomato gold offer even when their restaurant was there in the list!

We went first time to virasat ambience was awesome good was gud but i didn't like the packing way.they packed the food in foil till we came home the food spiled over.I request them to pack in boxes if they want they can charge for that and give a decent bag for food they pack and lastly staff was very gud.

Hospitality - 0 Manager’s Professionalism - 0 Never coming back. Booked a table for 12. The Manager gave a table on the roof top. We asked him to give a table in the restaurant as it was very humid. The entire restaurant was empty. But the manager rudely said that the restaurant is fully booked and turned away. So, we started leaving the restaurant. But not even once the manager came to us and asked us to wait so that he can arrange a table. Mr. Pratik, the owner of the restaurant, should ascertain the manager that they are running a fine dine-in restaurant and not a roadside dhaba. A dhaba can be survived by just good food but a restaurant by good food and hospitality.

Extremely Rude behaviour from the Hotel Management. We were first allotted a place and were asked to move from it rudely. This kind of behaviour is just not accepted. The manager is also useless. Will never enter this hotel ever again. Hotel owners should take strict action against their staff.

We ordered mint mojito and they dint serve us according to order but they billed for it and ice cream was fully melted like a juice .. and the service so bad that they said no for anything we ordered

Poor service and lack of experience staff. Unprofessional behaviour by staff. Food quantity and quality is not good. Big no to such hotel
