The food was amazing. We had ordered Mutton Chukka for sides and the ambience was great as I am an ardent cricket fan personally and I had visited because the bar was on the themes of Cricket. Had a good time!

I would highly recommend the willows to all the friends and people planning to go for a date, or a business meet as the ambience is amazing along with the food and drinks.

This place doesn't accept payment via Zomato for more than once. Any online App discount, they denying it.

My friends and I went for a night out in the willows on the fiest floor of west in. It was a nightmare. The service provided their was some of the worst i have experienced. The staff(namely Sindhu) and others kept fighting with us and even went to scream and use foul language with us over billing issue and confronted us with very bad tone, which was clearly their fault and accepted by them. The staff had no clear instructions regarding basic operations like modes of payment acceptance etc and blamed us and treated us very poorly. The bar was totally empty and they just blasted very loud music in an empty room. My friends and I got totally irritated and annoyed and could not enjoy at all after paying so much amount. Even the reception desk staff or manager interfered and did not behave with us nicely. I have stayed at other similar hotels like Hilton Chennai and the standard of service compared to it is really really bad. I recommend to consider any other option instead of before coming to Westin hotel.

I visited this Willows -The Westin recently with high expectations, but the experience was very disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and inattentive. We had to wait a long time just to place our order, and even simple requests were ignored. When we raised concerns, the response was dismissive and unprofessional by the Manager Mr. Jawalah. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and ruined what should have been a pleasant outing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service. Until then, I would not recommend this place.

Both the cocktails were watered down significantly that it tastes more like a mocktail. They later made it strong but that again completely diluted the real taste of the cocktail. A below average experience.

This was a good pick earlier but recently it has gone to dogs. They were unable to handle a good crowd. The staff have become too rude. Ego trip??
