A perfect pocket friendly spot for everyone!! Everything is freshly made from scratch. Started off with a Mudpie cake, moved onto bbq chicken wings 🐓 and Madras BBQ pizza 🍕 Finished off with a Choco praline and a Mango 🥭 opera!! It’s always been my goto spot!! Mudpie and Choco praline were too good. Id also recommend y’all to try their Hot chocolate ☕️ with Almond croissants 🥐 The signature hot chocolate not the regular one.

I went here on a Friday evening while it was raining. The food is amazing but the main thing I loved about this cafe was how they have recruited physically challenged people and given them an opportunity to lead a normal life. Don't know if this happens in other branches of this cafe but really felt good seeing that. Kudos to you guys.

Had visited for lunch on a weekday. The ambiance was very good. The food was excellent. Sticky Lemon Chicken was the best. Also liked the BBQ Chicken Slider and Green Apple Lemonade. Service was great.

Cajun Dusted Onion Ring - Tasted good but bit oily. Could have made it more spicier. 😐 Black Ebony - heavenly & delicious. One of the best plated & yummiest Desserts I have tasted in recent times😋 🫶 Lemon Meringue Tart - Not big fan of tarts but this one was ok. Lemon flavour was not too dominant or sour. 👍 Fig Pie - This one was heated up before serving so it was soft and topped with slices of fig. It had layers kind of arrangements. Bottom was bit like biscuit (soft types), middle layer just crumbles & top was layered with slices of fig. 👍 Note: You can also find visual review of the foods I ordered in- https://instagram.com/foodgrimagebypoorni?igshid=ZDdkNTZiNTM=

I tried this franchise in Gopalapuram and they were quite impressive. After finding the same franchise in Egmore I wanted to give it a try and it was not a bad decision . The place had a decent crowd and the restaurant is very spacious with good seating arrangements. They have valet parking . The staff is courteous and quick to take orders and serve them. The food is good and won't disappoint you, keeping in mind the price they are quoting in the menu the place looks pocket friendly. The quantity is sufficient. Good place to have a quick bite and one can spend some good quality time with friends and family.

Just another day and another visit to that favourite outlet, Writer's Cafe.  But this time it's their Egmore Chennai outlet. It was a bit past lunch time and the outlet was totally clangy, blame it on the college zone. The food more than made up for this, was ravished in no time. The stroganoff with butter rice was yum. The fried chicken, a recent addition to their menu, was crispy and cooked soft inside. The service felt a bit clinical, no reason to fuss otherwise.

Went there last weekend. The waiters could be more receptive & hearing. They didn’t let us sit in a certain table starting something weird like Closing time, we had to argue & finally settle down somewhere else with no proper explanation what so ever. Even to get water which is bare minimum we had to call them 5-6 times.

As soon as i entered the place had a very wierd smell & was not clean and there were quite a few mosquitoes inside. Just grabbed a scoop of ice cream, which was nice & left. Staff is courteous but they need to improve the ambience a whole lot before i would consider stepping back here.

Service is extremely slow. Food is good quality no doubt but there have been times when I have gone back without having anything, out of frustration, because it took forever to get the food.
