we ordered chilli cheese fries , cream of mushroom soup and mac n cheese. all was lacking salt and spice not up to the mark. chilli cheese fries was totally bad.

The ambience is fine. The food really needs to be worked on, coz it was bland, especially the burger, & overly priced for the quantity & quality served. The cilantro paneer skewer was good. The service is average. The attenders seemed grumpy. Overly priced & overly hyped. Avg.price for 2 - Rs.1100(including all tax).

Please update your timings on Zomato and Google maps. we're regulars here and arrived at 9:45pm but they denied service saying kitchen is closed.

The pink sauce was watery and the pasta was overcooked, lacked flavour. The butter rice could've atleast been seasoned.

Food is not that good but not very bad also. Service was delayed and atmosphere wise I have nothing to complain

Took my order, a simple order of an iced latte and a hotdog, about 40 minutes to get delivered. My iced-latte got delivered in 10 mins but then the hotdog took another 30 mins after that to be finally delivered. Tables around me, things were getting delivered on time, only for my order they made the decision of delivering a rather simple order after 40 mins. Extremely disappointing since I have visited the Writers Cafe in Gopalapuram so many times and never faced such an issue.

Absolutely pathetic. Used to be a good place but couldn’t be worse now. Salad was just pan fried paneer on top of lettuce with ZERO dressing. Sandwiches come with no greens, dips or sauces. The only redemption were the beverages and hot chocolate. Have been coming here for many years but never again. I hope this is not the case with other Writers’ outlets

very disappointed with pancakee not at all fluffy nd was hard also rough.. quantity is much more disappointing it was not the classic pancakee. they delayed the ordere as well and served wrong food too it was all chaos

I visited this place with my mother and a friend. The garlic bread was so rubbery and we couldn't chew it at all. However, the hot chocolate was decent. Never visiting this place again.
