we went for a family lunch and the ambience and food was great, but the service was pathetic. A girl who was taking the orders mixed up with what we said and wasn't available when we needed to re order. also I requested to bring both biriyani and side dishes at same even though if it takes time but they didn't at all listened to me and bought the biriyani earlier and when were about to finish the biriyani the side dishe came. This was really a bad customer experience and at the end, a senior person was able to apologise and manage the orders. They need to improve their service.

Food is not satisfied, there are no in house special items and even the service person doesn't have much idea on the menu. we ordered fish and chips and fish was really bad where we asked to cancel them ! Doesn't worth the cost !

Food took too long to arrive. Also many of the food items that we ordered were not available even after going early. They also mixed the dishes and either brought the wrong dishes or some other customers dishes. Every item took a minimum of 30 mins to arrive. Also Brownie sizzlers which we ordered didn't have the sizzlers part and the brownie tasted like fish meet. They also forgot the biryani that we had ordered and when we asked to cancel they initially refused but after we pointed out that it was so late that we washed our hands already they cancelled it. It took 3 hrs for the food and 30 mins for the bill to arrive. Overall the worst experience I have ever had

1, pathetic place to visit with family.... 2, no starters will be hot.... will be as cold as a candy pops..... 3, even continental takes like aaya kada paya... 4, most important of all they don't know how to make lemon juice.... happy eating....

Second time am addressing the same no salt in golden prawns and corn after we ask the deep fried the prawns literally burned Even though we are regular customer am getting the same issue for this worst experience

worst and horrible service. zomato pay is not accepted insipte of making the booking through zomato app. food is average and not worth for money.
