Love this place for its awesome food. The food quality is so fresh everytime. Their bbq chicken is a must have! We relished the chicken biryani too! Only drawback is it’s overcrowded always!! Like everytime need to wait for our turn. Perhaps because if it’s super delicious food ppl visits more often. They have valet parking which is really needed. Thanks Zaitoon!

We tried 3-4 dishes in Chicken, which were so good. Portions are really good and at very reasonable cost. Must try for Non-vegetarian folks.

Here we get great quality food but lesser quantity. You need to be prepared to eat less food. Or else order double.

The ambience was good, we went for team lunch dishes which we tried : Mushroom pepper fry - Tasted good, should be fried a little bit. (Rating : 3/5 ) Panner Platter - Panner was not soft, marinating and platting was good. ( Rating : 3/5) Roti with Kadai Veg - Roti was soft, kadai veg tasted well with a blend of variety of spices with a sprinkle of coriander. Veg Cheese balls - Overall filling was good, medium cheese pull not so cheesy. ( Rating : 3/5) Kunafa with Pistachio tasted really well. (Rating : 4/5) Chocolate ice cream - raw taste ( rating 2.5/5) Overall I had a good experience except serving people who don't know how to serve.

Food quality and taste here has deteriorated drastically. We ordered for a platter that had 4 small chicken pieces with accompaniments like Kuboos, Fries, Salad, Humus, Mayo. Absolutely hate their Mayo and Humus here. Salad wasn't fresh, Rice was served cold and chicken had a foul smell. We didn't even eat the chicken after the first bite. We asked for the bill and kindly asked the Manager ( Jesus or someone, staff refused to give the name) to inform the chef that Chicken had turned stale. He came back saying that the chicken was fresh, it was only the masala smell. I don't know which masala in the world has a similar smell to that to stale chicken. So yeah, this particular manager was very rude , lousy and uncourteous. Their footfall has also reduced compared to before. Waste of money.

After reaching there and gave our name for getting a table. They weren't allocating table according to first come first serve. They start allocating tables for 6 and 9 members even though we were 7 and were already before them. The tables are put very close and the ac flow was not enough. After order hell lot of items due to suffocating we could not eat and had to parcel everything. It was very humid and hot and suffocating inside even the heart rates were dropping due to less air. They gave a reason because the main door was frequently being used there is no air. Please ask them to updates pictures. They have put tables everywhere to accomodate more customers and it could be struggle to eat peacefully.

The worst biriyani I have ever had. It was like eating Tehri with chicken in it that too which was not tasty. I could only taste tomato as if the rice and chicken was boiled in tomato and onion juice. It was tangy and nothing like a biriyani. I dont know how the other dishes taste but I definitely dont want to visit the place again to taste anything else.

I ordered Kozi Samak(Fish) while dining. They brought the item and we informed to parcel it before serve since we already got full. After reched home we are shocked 😳 as the fish is not there with meal. Zaitoon. What are you going to say for poor service .?

The staffs weren’t friendly. No one knows to speak Tamil here. They don’t understand what we talk . They switched off the AC before all the customers leave the Restaurant.
