It was a great time at Zonkk. The beer and food and the service was great. Very friendly staff and specially staff Raju and the manager were very helpful. In all a great place for a chilled out evening.

food could have been better. disappointed with butter garlic prawns & tempura prawns. Japanese teriyaki chicken was good. Menu isn't updated online so few dishes that you see online aren't actually available. Service was good as well. Ambience could have been better.

I was informed that my Zomato transaction at Zonkk as not competed. But. Paid INR 1358.60 by my credit card and the restaurant team told they did not receive the payment. I had additionally paid in full INR 9884. Kindly reverse the charges and give me the refund. I was charged 20% discount only on food because of this and did not get 20% discount on the total bill. This is so disappointing and seems to be delusional discount scheme from Zomato. Please make things very clear if it's 20% flat discount on the over all bill and not only the food.

They did not allow us to enter, stating that there was no stag entry. However, this restriction was not mentioned in the terms and conditions at the time of booking. Additionally, the manager did not respond properly to our concern. He simply stated that since I made the booking through a third-party application, I would need to contact Zomato for further assistance. I request that this issue be looked into and resolved at the earliest.

The DJ was extremely rude, outright denied customer request. Said to put atleast one Ajith song, he denied saying that they are Vijay fans... Doesn't matter whose fan you are, you need to empathize customers. First and last time I visited this place.

I asked for Thai curry rice. It was not part of menu but they prepared but it was pathetic. We didn’t eat more than single spoon however it was billed to us
