Was on a roadtrip to ooty last week. Took a stop at this hotel. Tried their south indian thali, absolutely lovely! Courteous staff and really very hygienic place. Good for belly whilst travelling. Thanks for the complimentery ice cream.

Very tasted snack bar. A2B restaurant is also tastes best. Very good vegetarian foods. Jilebi here is the one which has to be tasted by everyone. Chat items are tastes awesome.

We ordered the north indian thali. 1 vegetable and dal were ice cold as if out of the fridge. Not fresh at all. They are also reluctant to pack leftovers and throw it away in front of us.

Taste is good but the service of servers is not good they don’t do refills of sides is not done even after several request to the server they have to improve that

Horrible service !!!!!!,roadside vendors are far better, man wearing cap and blue coat thinks he is the some high official authority ,customers are treated like beggars,never going there again .Service is pathetic !!!! food is served as if they are giving us free food .
