Mobarak and Sushila excellently managed to serve customers with hospitality and grace. They infact helped us change tables due to some reasons without any hesitation. Definitely great experience and will definitely revisit this.

Food and service was very good . Susheela was serving us and her service was excellent. She was very polite, attended us and got us all the dishes we have asked for in the menu. We had a nice experience in BBQ nation.

Enjoyed the food at Barbeque Nation, Fun Republic Mall. The quality of the food and the service were very good. Special thanks to Jasmin and Ritu for their excellent hospitality and support. I would also suggest checking their website before visiting to see if there are any ongoing offers, as I missed the Father’s Day offer because I didn’t check in advance. At the same time, I feel the front office team could proactively inform customers about any live offers available during their visit. The only area I felt could be improved was the front desk experience. Arshad could be a bit more welcoming and courteous in interactions, as I felt the approach came across as somewhat rigid. Overall, apart from this, it was a good dining experience.

Many of the counters were closed...like Grills, Kebabs, Desserts and only one Ice cream strawberry flavour available which disappointed my Kid

I think due the rush hour the service was very slow and they say 30+ items but actually they have a total of 6 starters 3NV and 3Veg The food was average if you pay 450 for the lunch the items are very minimal the chicken gravy was not nice and the strawberry ice cream quality was very bad Must improve their food quality

The variety of food options was limited, with mainly prawn, fish, and chicken available, which felt less than expected for the price of Rs. 1,000 per person. In comparison, the Chennai branch offers a wider range of dishes at a more attractive price point, so the Coimbatore branch did not quite meet the same standard.It would be helpful if some of the service staff were familiar with the local language, as this would make communication easier and more comfortable for many customers. This small change could significantly enhance the overall dining experience.In terms of taste, the food was moderate but did not fully reflect the typical flavours associated with Tamil Nadu cuisine. With some refinement in taste and variety, the Coimbatore branch has good potential to provide a more satisfying experience similar to the Chennai outlet.

As promised by Zomato, I haven’t received the refund of 10% on total bill 4091/- pad recently in Barbeque Nation , Coimbatore branch.
