There are not many choices available on nonveg and snacks are very poor they were not even warm, cold and very hard to chew.

the whole dining experience was a nightmare. Basil paneer had no basil , garlic bread was made out of plain milk bread and the fish fingers we ordered were not defrosted , water was leaking from it. I had gone there with my family and I complained numerous times regarding the food and all of them were ignored and the screw ups continued. Really bad kitchen and a terrible dining experience. Totally not worth calling itself a 4 star hotel and its exorbitant pricing. Finally , the bill holder had random and unpleasant stuff written on it. I am sharing the picture of the garlic bread and the bill holder here.

Visited on 6th May for lunch buffet. A must visit place if 1. You like to eat your food with insects in it 2. You prefer to eat cool appetizers 3. You like to pay premium price for eat deserts that smell like raw eggs 4. You want to case study a poorly managed restaurant. When you aspire to be a premium restaurant, start with the very basics Rule 101: No bugs in the food!

Disgusting service and cheats - did not give the Zomato pro discount- made me wait in the hotel for an hour- then billed the alcohol separately to the bar and served me in the restaurant. Cheat place - never visit, it’s a little wonder that this place is deserted with room guests from out of town.

the ambience was ok...the ac wasn't working properly...the food was not upto the mark...and the service was very very slow...not a good experience
