The food is great as usual, especially their moist chocolate cookies. But this post is a special mention to Bipin working there! I accidentally dropped by phone near CCD on Saturday evening. I couldn't reach CCD via phone, so I called Cafe Totaram and asked if someone could go near CCD and check if my phone was still there. Bipin walked all the way and found my phone. Only when I came to pick it up I realised that the place was super full. I would really like to thank Bipin for making an effort and helping me out especially on a super busy, full-house saturday night! As the image says Today's Happiness was definitely sponsored by Cafe Totaram, but to be more exact Bipin from Cafe Totaram :)

Momos were not worth the price!! Hot chocolate was good.! The serving utensils could have been better.! Ambience was nice! A peaceful place in the city!

Ambience is good, service and cleanliness is good certainly needs improvement in the following aspect 1. Provision of Free WIFI 2. Quantity of food 3. understanding of staff towards coffee varieties on the offer and options for a sugarfree coffee

The café was cute and had a nice vibe, but everything else fell flat. The jalapeño cheese poppers were raw—not even fried—and the staff didn’t know they were supposed to be. Having had poppers at many places, this is one of the most basic fried items (like fries), so getting it this wrong was surprising. Service was poor too—no one guided us to cutlery or plates. Only the manager (person at the billing counter) seemed to know what was going on. Coffee and tea were the only decent part.

I went here for a quick bite after shopping. Left hungry and disappointed. We ordered jalapeno cheese poppers which were just 4!! For that price...too much! Fried chicken burger- below average. Mushroom Pita roll was good. Grilled veg pizza was coin sized and just bad. It was like a homemade pizza, so so overpriced!! We stepped out and had Frankie from the store next door coz we were hungry after dinner.

I went in today with a booking from Zomato. The waiters don't speak English or Tamil. We were given a menu and then when I asked where I could place an order, they pointed me to the reception. when I went to the reception they asked us to go back to the table and order via a QR code. the QR code didn't have all of the menu items like burgers. We asked the waiters but it seems like they don't know how to communicate or even understand what we were saying. We got frustrated and just got up and left. Will not be going back and will not recommend.

Food tastes absolutely bland and there is nothing exciting about this cafe. Feels like the Pizza base is store bought and the pasta is made just 1 ingredient. Basic amenities like tissues and water and self service? And you expect us the take it all while we eat? Absolutely unacceptable! Definitely regret coming here, dont even come here if you want to have a nice meal.

Food taste was bad. None of the dishes we ordered were up to our expectation. Aaloo paratha was not evenly cooked Veg ramen tasted really bad and even after the restaurant replaced it tasted equally bad Basil garlic lemonade was just ok
