Looking for a place to have a chat while sipping a great tea and some snacks by the side? Then Chai’n Gupshup should be your first choice if you are in RS Puram. I loved this place. I had Adhrak chai and my friend had Elaichi chai. It is a great place to have those chats with your friends or family during your morning or evening tea time. The place has nice ambience and they have been creative with it by being subtle and not getting too fancy. They also sell tea powder and bags which they actually use in the store which I would recommend you to buy.

Who would expect to be served tea that tastes like the one your mum makes for you with the best ingredients. Well, my expectations were surpassed. I can safely say, this chai has been one of the best and as good as the ones made in Calcutta - that is the land of chai. Recreating the iconic vada Pao of Bombay is a lot to match upto, and boy, how intricately were the flavours matched with that soft, pillowy Pao and perfect chutneys. Hardcore Bombay lover, this restaurant feels like home!

A good place to taste varieties of tea and snacks but these days prices are being hiked and taste is fading away.Nobody to take order especially in outdoor seating. Overall it’s fair.

I had visited Chai and Gupshup before but wanted to try Thier new location so went on a weekday. The staff was incompetent and slow. I had to wait for almost 20 mins just to place my order. The food was avarage. On the whole.the experience was just disappointing. I ordered for a thandai milkshake but got no taste of thandai. The dahi kabab was good but the dabeli was a complete disappointment. It just contained a pav with boiled potatoes.

Visited to try the north Indian snakes.Tried dabeli, masala chapatti, sabudana vada and elachi coffee all these are ok. I also ordered cold dry fruit masala milk it doesn't have either the taste of masala and dry fruit just a plain mixture of packed powder. There is a lack in customer attraction and service.Ambience is ok.

I am an regular customer went a week before. None of the staff are not even asked about the order. 15 minutes after came out of the shop and called to the customer service number. No response. Very poor customer service.

"The worst" French fries I have ever eaten! I would give zero stars really. Ragada pattice too doesn't go by its name. Very blatant with overall taste except vada Pav.

We ordered ragda pattice. It was cold and tasteless. Green lemon tea had no flavour of green tea and was too bitter due to too much lemon. Service has to be improved.
