My 3rd visit to this same outlet this time I thought of having something different than there usual biriyani. Ordered parotta, pepper chicken as starter and mutton kuruma. Pepper chicken and mutton kuruma were spicy and tasty. Definitely try there spicy starters.

Great place to dine when you are out with a group.. Taste is good.. The cost is what that concerns.. But otherwise the serving of food, place, water.. Everything is as good as the brand name..

I oredered chicken kottu paratha. packing,taste wise ok , the cost is somewhat high but the quantity is less i dont know why?

We drove 20 kms skipping behind the 2 Dindigul Thalapakatti outlets enroute to realise that there is no parking even for 2 wheeler. (All for the 4.3 star review in ZOMATO). Next, no water bottles in stock, not all items in the menu are available, flavourless kola urundai, cold biriyani, sweet mayonnaise are just a few additions. Tawa meen roast was good to save our sanity. Simply put..Never again..

Having eating Thalappakatti in Bangalore, I had so much hopes from this Coimbatore branch. I traveled from airport just to take a parcel for my family members. I took one jumbo mutton biryani parcel and flew to Bangalore. Just opened the bucket and what I see has made me sad how a big brand like this is fooling customers. They knew I am traveling to Bangalore with the bucket and bluffed me by giving just 2 pieces of mutton in this whole big bucket. I mean who gets only 2 pieces after paying so much. Even one plate Angannan and Ambur biryani have more pieces than 2. Please stop fooling the customers. You have heart a person who travel for food and cherish the same. To the management, please look into your brand name. Such branches will demolish your brand. For reference, I have attached the images along with the bill. Good luck to your brand and business. Totally disappointed with this experience. Had taken the risk of detouring on my way to airport just to try their mutton biriyani as a parcel. Made me wait for nearly 30 mins to give a wrong order n pack chicken biriyani when I had clearly asked for mutton biriyani had no choice to take it as I was getting late for my flight. Plz keep someone who can do their work properly at the counter !!

Service is not upto the brand. Please provide the timings for the food, don't disappoint the customers by saying the food is finished. Menu is for two pages just theoretically!
