I really can’t understand why this place is rated only at 3.8. The food was really amazing. Every dish was epic from soup to the bruschetta to the main course. Definitely going back to try out rest of the menu.

One of the best ambience so far I have visited in Coimbatore ! Like a fairy tale the place is sheer magic! Ordered just a couple of starters n moctails ! The taste was good .. Fish fingers n Barbeque chicken ! An apt place for the beautiful ambience with good food. Rates were high but the ambience did the justice !

Been a regular here ever since I moved to Coimbatore .luv the mushroom soup and the calamari -must try I should say .the pepperoni pizza is really good the chicken one not so much but that's again my take on it since i would prefer it with some veggies along with chicken .i felt it was bland and too cheesy.the salmon -tried the smoked style and grilled both are good .the risotto was decent .the chicken lasagna was bad -a definite no no .for desserts the tiramisu is good .

Favola is the Italian restaurant at Le Meridien, Coimbatore. The restaurant overseas the swimming pool and has a good ambiance. The food in nice - I have tried a variety of pizzas and they are good. I recommend the Cappuccetto rosso pizza which has tomato, salami and mozzarella. Their Caprese and tiger prawns are also recommended.

Went there and was told there wasn’t any space available even though I’d made reservations. We were seated in another restaurant, consequently the service was very delayed. Not what I expected. The waiters from the other restaurant were amazing.

Seafood salad had a lot of salt and lemon in it. Pepperoni pizza was hard like a biscuit Mosquitoes bothered me indoors Bread given was sweet.

Favola was the most eagerly awaited food spot for when o visit Coimbatore. We reserved a table for 5 and my father immediately got wheelchair assistance at the hotel gate. Favola’s ambience takes us back to the 80’s and 90’s and the food used to be the best Italian fare in Coimbatore. The soups we ordered felt fairly different than what we are used to in Favola and the consistency felt different (far thinner than the past). The menu mentioned almond flakes in the soup but we didn’t find any. Starters were simple mozzarella fritters ans jalapeño cheese poppers. They took over 30 mins to arrive and when they did, jalapeño poppers were missing the jalapeños! Chilli flakes were the replacement for jalapeños, which is inexcusable! The main course we ordered came in at a glacial pace (we got used to this after the soup and starters). Eggplant parmigiana is my standard man course dish in Favola but it lacked sauce and cheese this time. The pizza we had was an exception to everything else dished out a was spot on in flavour and the sauce was delicious. We asked for tiramisu to end the evening along with ice cream + fruits. The tiramisu almost singed the teeth and had a rock hard consistency. It’s understandable that these desserts are kept in the freezer but when served, they should be thawed appropriately! The evening ended on a dull and unexciting note but this wasn’t the end. Everyone at home (4 senior citizens) have an upset stomach this morning. We should have expected it after the quality of food put out yesterday! This is unacceptable for a high end Italian restaurant in a reputed hotel. Buck up guys and get your act together!
