More than 10-15 visits this place has never disappointed me...one of the best place in Saibaba Colony to hangout,, very good food ..love all their chicken dishes..

Cool place to hang out with friends and worth the price too. So many varieties of good food and good quantity is also served. Shwarma and other tandoori dishes might feel a little inauthentic, but tastes good. Service: 3/5 Food : 4/5 Ambience:3.5/5

Went there during lunch. I was the only customer then. Ordered Chicken egg cheese sandwich. It's almost took 40 minutes to serve the food. That too after multiple reminders. The staffs were too casual. But the food surprised me, it was great. The melted cheese, liquidy egg and grilled chicken strips were perfectly sandwiched between toasted bread. Cost came at 136 ₹

I’ve been ordering twice a week from this restaurant but lately from last two times the quality of food is so bad ! Pls see the amount of oil in shawarma where there shouldn’t be any oil ! Really really disappointed!

Worst experience in hangout saibaba colony - In short - without checking bill please don't pay Actual story - oru special chicken shawarma vagalam nu ninachu hangout ponna..anyway I planned to eat standing in road, my bad time I went opp to dine in branch since crowd was less.. billing section la oru lady kita I ordered, menu la it was 110 and she said 121 rs..i asked y ther is conflict and she said 110 + gst .. after paying she gave the bill but bill la shawarma + packing charges + gst it was there..packing charges was ~5rs. now when I received shawarma, server gave me just roll shawarma in my hand and I asked ethula enga packing iruku..he asked me to ask in bill counter..Now that lady shouted at server and asked to give me carry bag. I asked that lady, madam am gonna eat standing outside and y packing charges, she gave explanation for 5rs which raised my 50% of angry..5rs includes 1. Shawarma wrap cover - 1st time hearing wrap cover ku separate charges 2. Carry bag (no use in my case and server gave me only after that lady shouted at him) 3. Tissue paper - over oh over 4. Cucumber packing cover - partially accepted Again asked , manasatichi thotu solluga shawarma wrap and tissue paper ku aellam seperate charges poduvigala..she said enga epadi tha..onum panna mudiyathu.. one guy named manikandan (i believe supervisor) was watching al these who raised my angry to 100%.. Climax - then silent ah I came out and thought to take photo of the bill.. that guy came and said thambi nalla photo aedu apadi ae shop board um photo aeduthu negative review podu..free marketing panni kudu nu..as a customer I was unable to do anything for that nakkal comment .. reviews become playful things for them..new customers vanthu ena mari roll shawarma order panitu irunthaga.. no one asked questions or stand with me.. Attached photo of things which they gave me after heated conversation.. Hope that Manikandan one day realise that customer ae respect pannala means enaku salary ila nu.. — at Hangout

HANG OUTS SUCKS !!! I would like to scream this till the last person in the city hears me ... So I ordered "Special " plate chicken shawarma and Romali chicken shawarma from the "best selling category". Dude if you don't know to make shawarma why even attempt it??? The chicken was definitely rotten foul smell from the box and in the romali chicken shawarma , the Romali wasn't cooked at all. Never ordering anything from this place and will never recommend to anyone !! itstimeyoushutdownyoursocalledrestaurant #pathetic #zerotaste #zerohygiene

Ordered fried chicken lollipop and regular shawarma but from the next morning had severe diarrhea for past 2weeks and got colons disease am fed up this is the second time am facing plzz do not fall over for taste and damage ur digestive system
