I am a fan of Hotchips outlets in Chennai , especially for their coffee, tickling chops etc.  Thought of having breakfast at Hotchips located at Kuniyamuthur, Palakkad main road So headed here and ordered for Tiffin Combo and tasted , found it was not good as it was there in the Chennai outlets.  Later I had coffee (which is one of  all time favorites) , and felt it was below average. Also  while I was having coffee , I saw a gentleman parked his car (Duster) and stepped down along with his pets (2 maltese (i guess) dogs), arrived at the cash counter, saw him talking  to the cashier , later after few minutes , I saw him at the kitchen area along with his pets. I am not sure whom to blame, I felt bad and this is something which is not acceptable.  Later the same evening, I felt sick . An advice to that person who brought  pets inside the kitchen , also to the franchise / proprietor, please realize this is not your private kitchen , never play with consumers food and health. I do have 3 pets, but I dont really let them inside my kitchen and never bother others. But being in the business and serving customers, please be mindful to maintain certain safety measurements , hygiene.  However will never look back at this Hotchips. Thanks
