I was waiting in line to place my order. I noticed couple of employees standing idle behind the counter and looked in their direction tacitly nudging them to take my order at another PoS but they pretended to not notice me at all. By this time I had spent well over 5 minutes in the queue waiting for my turn. When I finally had the opportunity to order, the staff found time in the meanwhile to sneak in a conversation with his coworker behind him. Noticing my unhappiness he quickly turned around to greet me with a plastic smile and a line he prolly memorized which I knew fully well didn't mean anything from the way he delivered that line. After this came the best part!!! When I spelled out my order, he replied they didn't have any of it. Imagine my frustration when I had waited patiently in line to find out it was all for nothing. One visits KFC to grab a quick order. Swift service is the name of the game at KFC. But this experience fell well below that expectation. For what it's worth, I wouldn't blame the employees at all. These are youngsters on their first jobs as adults. All their lives they've been exposed to nothing but the worst customer experience be it at any one of the government offices. They've been victims of red tape or at the mercy of a bureaucrat behind a desk. If they were trained to spot or identify a bad experience, they wouldn't be committing these mistakes in the first place. That's exactly the problem in the hospitality industry these days. They can't discern a bad customer experience from a good one. I would place the entire blame on the duty manager or the owner of the establishment. If you don't acknowledge a problem in the first place, you won't take steps to improve your service. This is my fuming dressed as constructive criticism. I hope the business addresses these issues and takes steps to learn from these mistakes.

When we having food there it is supplied properly. When we ordered the bun's delivered to us are so hard and the chicken is feel like little old. Bad experience this time. In future na... 🤬🤬🤬

i ordered 4classic chiken rolls, but i get only 2 classic chiken rolls, no bill amount, who froud kfc or Zomato

Disappointed with the burger with very less stuff on one side only . Moreover it doesn't look like burger.
