We recently experienced the dinner buffet at Merlis 5-star luxury hotel, and it exceeded every expectation. The variety on offer was massive, spanning global cuisines. The appetizers—both vegetarian and non-vegetarian are great but less comparatively. The service truly defines a 5-star experience, and the staff did not disappoint. Special thanks to Chandru. It is priced on the higher side—as expected for a luxury dining experience—but the sheer quality of ingredients, exquisite taste, and flawless hospitality make it worth.

Lot of veg and non veg dishes .could improve on the dessert, not much variety / importance given for a 5 star buffet dessert spread . Otherwise one of the best buffets in cbe - in terms of range , taste , quality and ambience

Food was average. All grill and bbq items from live counter were salty and meat used was not fresh. overall taste and the menu was not worth for the price. Despite of exorbhitant charges, we hear NO for pulka, mutton sheek grill (on the live counter menu) still refused. very slow in service. staffs not attentive. need to ask them for basics like water servings, orders to live coubter etc..
