John had booked table for us and we were well received at O Cafe reception and later John and his team serviced us very well. even the chef was courteous and ensured we had a good experience in the restaurant.

We booked for a buffet lunch but upon arrival they informed buffet cancelled for that day and we had to go with ala carte. But the food & service was good. Nice ambience in a bustling area. Enjoyed our meal !!

The buffet in the hotel is quite average. However, I think by Coimbatore's lack of choices, it should standout.

There is respect for the offer which the restaurant dealt with Zomato. According to the restaurant, it is ONLY for buffet. But, it is nowhere mentioned in the page. Restaurant has not taken any responsibility for this misinformation. Absolutely terrible experience.
