I have been to many hotels and restaurants in Coimbatore city and have eaten there. But on the go, this is a really good restaurant. I am very happy to come here. I am coming to this restaurant today. I will come again.

The best place in Coimbatore to have a dinner with family and friends. Just loved the ambience, helpful people, very good service, awesome taste, reasonable portion. Best place for dining.

our first visit here on May 16, 2023. we ordered a starter - stir fried babycorn. The dish was served and most of the babycorn was burnt. and we pointed it to the lady who took our order. She said that this is how the dish is made. We didn't agree . she went into the kitchen, and came back with the same reply. We tasted it and it was horrible. we reported it to another male captain who promptly apologised and got it replaced. The replaced dish was good, albeit the potion Size was reduced by a third. we ordered Shabnam curry and romsli and some Parathas/ Rotis. The Parathas and Gravy was decent but the romali was cold and rubbery. Mud souffle was good. we came here for my birthday, and overall the experience was not good. hope Sone corrective action is taken

Last evening we dined out , understand their previous chef had left,the new guy is really bad ,none of the dishes prepared was good ,really a bad evening experience with family and friends,complained about it to them ,but whether it has gone into their head is others experience and not us again .

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. While having dinner at On The Go Restaurant, Coimbatore, I ordered the Chef’s Special Paneer Lababdar. To my shock, I found a big stone in the food, which caused severe pain in my teeth, and I am still experiencing discomfort. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of accountability from the staff and management. Instead of offering a proper apology, I was told they would “check with the chef and come back,” but none of the managers returned. They simply went inside and never came back until I left the restaurant after paying the full bill amount. Considering they charge hefty prices for every dish, this level of food safety negligence and poor customer handling is unacceptable. I have retained the bill and am attaching both the bill and a photo of the stone for reference. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and I strongly urge the management to take this seriously and improve their quality control and customer response.

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable experience with Nagerkovil Arya Bhavan kavundampalayam branch on 05/05/2026 , through Zomato. The food delivered was completely spoiled and rotten, with a foul smell the moment I opened it. This is not a small mistake — this is pure negligence and a serious threat to health. What kind of restaurant sends out food like this? If this had been given to children, it could have caused food poisoning, vomiting, or worse. Are you even checking what you are packing before delivery? This is a complete failure in basic hygiene and responsibility. Customers are paying for safe, edible food — not garbage. I strongly warn others to think twice before ordering, and I expect immediate action and accountability from both the restaurant and Zomato
