Our dining experience at The Great Kebab Factory at Radisson Blu Coimbatore was absolutely exceptional and deserves the highest rating. The culinary quality here is outstanding, with every dish prepared perfectly. As a vegetarian, I was blown away by their offerings; the Veg Galouti Kebab was a melt-in-your-mouth revelation—easily the best I've ever tasted—and the Malai Broccoli was smoky, creamy, and utterly delicious. The entire menu was a feast, showcasing authentic flavors and great variety that left us fully satisfied. Beyond the incredible food, the service elevated the entire evening. The staff is warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. A huge thank you to Pinky, Nagendra, Jay, Jitin, and Jitendra for their exceptional, personalized attention and cheerful demeanor. Their teamwork and commitment to excellent service are remarkable. delicious food & service enjoyed a lot last evening with my friends. specially we like the galouti kabab , prawn & the tangdi kabab .

As I had expectations being a brand but it was a let down. The ambience and service was great..the way the menu was explained was good. On starters the initial bread roll which was served was normal as the staff mentioned it was a casher breads. Deep fried fish was a let down no flavours and spice. Biryani was very normal and it didn't have the spices mixed. Chicken curry and mutton curry was not up to the mark. The worst part is none of them came and checked how was everything where I guess it has to be checked with guests. Lot of improvement required.

The food here is pretty good, but the variety is not upto the mark. The starters are limited and the choice of main course wasn't very diverse either. It is a great place for a hang out but there are definitely better places in the city when it comes to Indian buffets. The price is slightly on the higher side of things, but that is quite expected.

Nice Ambience and hospitality. Chicken Kebab was really good. You can feel the richness every minute. Other starters (both veg and non veg) and main course, deserts were average and good. You can try atleast once for the look and feel.

the service was very late for everything. i went in with a relaxed mode but even then they tested my patience. every morsel took atleast 20 mins of wait. and over 35 mins for main course after starters. for the money, i expected better

Went for dinner there today, the service was too bad had to wait for 45 mins just to getting recognised that we are also sitting there, may be we were invisible for them till then. And they started serving food after that. However it was like they bring some food and go missing. At the end there was no one the guy who was serving food to us went missing. We were just waiting for another 20 mins one guy just collecting plates and still didn't even care that we were sitting unattended, had to leave in mid of the eating as nothing was getting served. I don't know for what we paid to them. Just to get a pathetic service.

The food wasn’t that great. Zomato had given an offer of 40 percent of which we were able to avail it only for the food and not beverages. They were two separate bills(food and beverages ).and it wasn’t informed before dining .The worst food I ever had in the 5 star hotel that’s why the restaurant is giving us 40% offer to pull the crowd in .Dont visit this place

The worst experience ever. Please refund my money. Fish n prawns have a very bad smell and are very hard which spoiled our stomach. Zomato needs to ask the restaurant to refund my hard earned money
