We had booked tables well in advance today for a group of around 40 people. 35 of us arrived on time and were seated—and then, for the next 20 minutes, we were completely ignored. No food. No water. Not even the courtesy of a basic greeting or an update. When we asked what the delay was, the manager—completely nonchalant and shockingly indifferent—told us they would only start service after all 40 guests arrived. Let that sink in: 35 people sitting at their tables, waiting, hungry, and ready to eat—and the restaurant flat-out refused to begin service because a few were late. It was insulting. Absolutely no sense of hospitality, no concern for the experience of their guests, and not even the slightest effort to handle the situation professionally. And this wasn’t the first time. The last time we dined here, we had booked tables from 12 to 2 PM. Not only did the service crawl at a snail’s pace, but by 2 PM, when another group came in, they literally moved us to a different table mid-meal just to make space for the new guests. Who treats their customers like this? Who thinks this is acceptable? I didn’t leave a review back then because I thought, maybe, just maybe, it was a one-off. Maybe they were having a bad day. But clearly, this is a pattern. I am writing this now because it’s obvious this isn’t a one-time lapse—this is how they operate. I’m not just disappointed—I’m furious. This is the most appalling excuse for a restaurant I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting, and I’ve dined at countless places across Coimbatore. This place doesn’t deserve your time, money, or patience. There are far better BBQ options on Avinashi Road—places that understand what basic customer service looks like. This one? It needs to go. Let it be buried under the weight of its own arrogance and mismanagement. Avoid it like the plague.

very poor service to a family of 4 with 2 kids on a sunday noon. i have called them to book a table for lunch. when we were about to complete with few others on next table. we felt so hot and suffocated as they switched off AC. we have to call them and wait to get some water, roti etc..for any service. they were unattentive and not wiling to serve us. asked to pay bill while having desserts. no manners..staff need training on serving customers politely and learn to behave well. DO NOT EXPECT A DESCENT SERVICE

Very limited varieties of Veg options! Not even a single main course was good to have. Desserts were a disaster, either it was tooooo sweet or tooooo flavoured. Paying 1000 per person to experience this is completely unacceptable. I would definitely demand a refund for this

Absolutely unprofessional behaviour from the restaurant staff. They denied a table to us because apparently they disabled the Zomato booking option, while the option was still available. They were speaking in a rude tone right from the beginning.

Only the starters were okay,main course not good,dessert not up to the point ,very average compared to other bbqs
