Z bar management like to bring to your notice as a guest stayed in Room no 223 on 27 th August Just came to z bar for relax Mr Navin in bar given excellent service but to zone GM and Bar manger please don’t give TV remote to control from guest . One guest looks like NIR guy keeps remote and operated as by way keeping loud volume and dancing and shouts in between Let’s maintain certain decency in z bar Please ensure remote to be handle by zone team members play one channel in comfortable volume It’s getting very much irrated and spoils the image brand of Zone by the park name Top management please take done immediate steps to keep healthy atmosphere
