Pure Disappointment Guys, first they make you pay ₹118 for a "5-year membership card" as if you're joining some elite luxury club. Reality? I still have no idea what it's actually useful for ,(It is Useful for only entering this lounge.Also this lounge was recently opened after handing to other owner without sales.Don't know would this lounge even exist for 5 years ) Never seen any decent restobar force customers to buy a membership card at entry. Then comes the bill. I ordered only non-alcoholic mocktails and French fries. Somehow the bill magically included GST, VAT, and service charge. The mocktails were NON-ALCOHOLIC. I even checked the ingredients. So where exactly did the VAT come from? Service charge was added automatically too. Customers come to chill, not to solve a taxation puzzle before leaving. The funniest part is that this place acts premium, but honestly it's nowhere near places like BTS, LOD, La Cabana, or Radio Room. Those places actually offer a premium experience. Here it's basically a dark room, loud DJ music, flashy lights, and that's about it. I was in a hurry, paid the bill, and left. Only after reaching home did I properly check it. Biggest mistake. My suggestion: Before paying, check every single line in the bill. Don't blindly trust the total amount. Ask questions. Otherwise you'll leave wondering where your money disappeared. Only the DJ and lighting setup are carrying this place on their shoulders. Remove those two, and you'll realize there's nothing "luxury" about this lounge except the inflated bill. This place has mastered one thing better than hospitality: adding surprise charges. Definitely not worth the hype. Won't be visiting again.

something is not right in this place. Everything seems to be fishy. not at all worth paying 10k to 15k per person...Be it food, service or the staffs or people there....I think it is a scam

the food was fine but for a surprise I had a cockroach running around my table and also the service was not that great had to head to the bar everytime to place food order
