its really good,and there services is really really good ,they are so kind ,the foods are the best but i don't like paneer butter masala and chicken butter masala other than really good but little bit spicy and yes price is really over priced its the only thing i don't like

Since the last few months, I am a regular at their Trisulia outlet and today I decided to visit their CDA branch. The quality of the food was more or less the same. It was surprisingly nice to see a jam-packed restaurant so late in the night, yet the service wasn't slow.

Filmy Food’s service and food quality have seriously gone downhill lately. Recently, I ordered noodles and chilli chicken, and the chicken served was clearly stale with a foul smell. It tasted sour and completely unfit to eat. Both my mother and I fell ill after having the food. When we requested a refund, they agreed initially, but till now no refund has been processed. On top of that, we specifically requested medium gravy for the chilli chicken, yet it was served almost dry. It honestly feels like customer requests are completely ignored here. I genuinely don’t understand how a restaurant can operate while compromising on food quality and customer safety like this. Never ordering from or visiting this place again. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to risk their health either.

Today we had dinner in this Filmy Food, sector 11, chicken kebab which was a worst. No taste it's chicken flesh was smelling odd. Seems gravy and pieces are like separate separate. Egg tadka was like a general road side type, no taste. Nan are so elastic OR rubber type. Rs. 500 paid, but they not given the bill, Seems it's loosing craze. Waiting time is too pathetic. Will suggest not to let them enjoy on our money. They should give us good quality and taste of food in returns of our money.

We were made to wait for more than 20 min and then a group that came later than us were given seat before us with the staff telling us that since they were more people, they get priority in sitting. Will never done or order from the restaurant again. Pathetic behavior of the reception staff. I heard them talking about giving the other group priority. This spoils the dining experience, as a zomato gold customer, this was the worst experience that I've had.

We ordered Lachha Paratha and other items yesterday through Zamato. But they delivered plain paratha. This appears intentional as same also happened around 15 days back when we ordered something through Swiggy and they delivered some other things cheap. This was not expected from Filmy Food. But it has happened twice with us. May be they are doing knowingly. Now we will think twice before placing order with Filmy Food.

I normally don't review any restaurant but I will make an exception here due to worst experience of my life in this restaurant. I will keep it short. Pathetic, worst , tasteless ,overpriced food.WORST BEHAVIOUR OF MANAGEMENT AND STAFF. PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR OWN MENTAL PEACE.
