Recently, I visited *The Four* restaurant in Cuttack, with high expectations, but my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered the **Chicken Dum Biryani**, and to my surprise, the food was: * **Half-cooked**, especially the rice * **Completely bland and lacked salt** * **Flavourless**, which is unexpected from a dish like biryani * **Chicken pieces were tough** and not tender as they should be in a properly made dum biryani I immediately brought this to the notice of the staff, but their response was **very casual and indifferent**, as if customer feedback doesn’t matter. No effort was made to rectify the issue or even acknowledge it properly. To add to that, the food is **priced on the higher side**, which makes the experience even more disappointing given the lack of basic quality and service.
