This was a chance discovery on a busy Sunday when all other cafes had long waiting queues. So, given our situation, this was a good find. We ordered Strawberry Shake, Mixed sauce Pasta and Veg cheese grilled sandwich. All were decent. Not great, but not bad either.

One of the best hot chocolate i have ever had in my life and everyone who is visiting Darjeeling should go and visit this cafe. Such an amazing view of mall road and cozy music to have cup of Darjeeling tea and hot chocolate.. Highly recommended. ♥️

Ah, Fiesta—a name that truly encapsulates the experience. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. The decor? A masterclass in confusion. Imagine a cross between a 1980s diner, a medieval banquet hall, and your grandmother’s attic. Truly, the clashing themes kept me guessing. Was I here for a burger, a jousting match, or to sort through old photo albums? The mystery added an air of adventure. The service was impeccable—if by impeccable, you mean a fascinating sociological experiment in how long a human can wait for a glass of water. My server, clearly trained in the ancient art of avoidance, ensured that my patience reached new heights. Now, the food. Oh, the food! The chef must be a visionary because it takes true talent to make a Caesar salad taste like disappointment. My steak, ordered medium-rare, arrived with the texture of a flip-flop and the warmth of a glacier. But the pièce de résistance was the dessert: a molten lava cake that had clearly cooled into a dormant volcano hours ago. To top it all off, the bill was as ambitious as the menu. Who knew mediocrity could cost so much? But, hey, you’re not just paying for food—you’re paying for the memories, and this is an experience I’ll never forget (no matter how hard I try). In conclusion, if you’re looking for a dining experience that tests your patience, palate, and pocketbook, look no further. The Culinary Catastrophe delivers on all fronts—just not in the way you’d hope. Bon appétit! Or, you know, maybe just order takeout. Would you like adjustments to the tone or specifics?

Made a mistake by going to this cafe..Don't go by the cosy cafe looks of it from out.Had ordered fish fingers & Chichen cutlets.Only fish fingers came that too after 45 min of waiting & it had no taste, less salt just plain Mayo as a dip n french fries which were soggy. They were taking an eternity to make chicken cutlet and when asked they cancelled it after an hour. And cuz of this it got so late that we couldn't find anything else decent to eat nearby as all food stalls close by 9-9.30pm. The staff/owners are not bothered at all. Bad experience for someone coming to Darjeeling for the first time and visiting such a place.

This place is surviving only on location and how pretty it looks. Music was unbearably loud. They didn't have a single item on the menu, only soups, chow mein and sandwiches. Nothing else was available. Over a hundred items on the menu and nothing. They advertise themselves as having pizza, nachos etc. but it wasn't there. Nor was Indian nor Chinese items. We ordered a tomato and cheese sandwich, I don't know why it had mayonnaise in it. If I wanted a mayo sandwich, I would have ordered one. Also, the chow mein was incredibly oily.

They will serve you water instead of milk in kitkat shake. Please avoid this unethical cafe. We ordered a pizza, cold coffee, a grilled sandwich and Kit kat shake. The food was pretty average for the price point however the low of the entire menu was Kit kat shake. It was only water for ₹190 a glass. Disappointing. No wonder it has 3.5 stars and falling on zomato.

Bad Service, Worse attitude, Worst food. Expensive pizza for pre-made dough, cheese so less it's like they have to pay ransom to save their children with that. The cherry on top is the nonchalant lies about live music on the previous day.

We ordered chicken momos and chilli cheese toast. Momos primarily had onions and hardly had chicken. Chilli cheese toast had mayonnaise and red chilli flakes and tasted sweet.

The food quality is horrible.. We ordered hot chocolate and pizza.. the pizza was worst than a street vendor’s and the hot chocolate was literally bournvita mixed in water.

Very unprofessional. Waiting time for a single pizza is very long more than 1 hour. Don't come to this cafe, they served all undercooked food only.
