Not great as per taste and quality of food Its a normal bakery we can say I had brownie which i am 110% sure was stale as i am well known to bakery and patisserie products production and process Cant do justice the hype it has created

Somewhere we are overhyping this place leading to snotty and rude behaviour from staff... They kept us waiting for 35 minutes at the table... after continuous reminders a lady obliged to our call and came in to take order.. but said they won't serve continental any more... on being asked why dint they inform before, she said "it is what it is...I don't know". Her tone was horribly rude and she rushed away. Later the manager arranged for a single plate of continental item for us and the rest we had to do with Chinese as it was already 10 pm at night. Food wise no complaints... but the experience was disheartening. Il rather sit and eat somewhere where food is served with respect.

Absolutely pathetic service, they have 20 waiters but all of them just standing and not interested to help the crowd. We ordered the glenary special breakfast which was absolutely below average. Tried the chicken wrap and chicken burger too and disappointed would be an understatement. Even the cold coffee they served was not made fresh it was the canned one and the juice is frooti which they give in glasses. So much hype and pathetic food and service I wouldn’t go back there even if the place seemed nice the food is pathetic, stale and expensive.

Not worth visiting. Stale food in the bakery. Found egg shell in black forest cake. Service is pathetic, the staff is rude. Served non veg mac and cheese when ordered veg. If you are in Darjeeling dont fall for the hype, its too bad and not worth it. I dont want to give even 1 star to this. Try flurys instead.

Tried chicken steak, and trust me. it's pathetic. This is my 2nd time I went to this place and I was amazed to see how pathetic someone can make french fries even. Overall my friends tried chinese and it's equivalently worse. This is an overhyped place, trust me. Try a different place guys.

Pathetic quality of food. Deteriorated over time. Highly overrated with no intention to improve on quality, either food or service. Dont go.
