One of the few pure vegetarian restaurants in Darjeeling, visited with my family on first day of our trip. The ambience was good with ample amount of seating. We ordered dal, shahi paneer and mix vegetable, the food was amazing and very tasty. Most importantly the service was perfect, loved the smile on each face and the welcoming and helpful behaviour. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

If you are a vegetarian and are tired of browsing menus filled with non-veg items, please visit this restaurant. They have excellent variety of cuisines and vegetarian dishes. Prices are reasonable, taste is too good, and staff is polite and attentive. This is truly a hidden gem, that too right at the entrance of Mall road.

The best vegetarian restaurant in Darjeeling. I absolutely loved the food. We ordered South Indian dishes which were delectable and Lunnar special Chowmein which was the best chowmein I’ve ever had. 10/10 service. Polite and professional staff.

It is not easy to find a good looking and fab tasting Pure Vegetarian place here in darjeeling. Our tour cab guy recommended this to us. Located on the first floor, this was such a pleasant surprise. The food was AMAZING. Very homely, not dripping with oil, and decently spiced. We tried their dal makhani, Shahi paneer, mix jalfrezi, vanilla milkshake, masala dosa, with rotis and everything tasted too good. Special mention - FABULOUS STAFF and MIND BLOWING SERVICE. The staff is well educated about the menu and assists you so well. The turnaround time is very quick and they are happy to help. The place is comfortable is terms of ambience too. MUST VISIT!

we have been eating in this pure veg restaurant from many years (16yrs plus) food is v good no doubt, service done in is perfect for us, but when it comes to Zomato order, i wud feel bit disappointed as the restaurant doesn't give any discounts on food orders like other pure veg restaurants give so being good .. I am forced to order from other restaurants during weekends. pls look into it n hope this is helpful

Your establishment has zero understanding of modern hospitality. Let’s start with the facts: We requested a lemon to be cut — not outside food, not raw ingredients, just a lemon. Equating that to bringing external meals and hiding behind "strict policy" is not only laughable but insulting to basic intelligence. What’s worse is your manager’s disgraceful attitude, telling us “We have not told you to come here and eat our food; you came by your choice.” That single statement says everything anyone needs to know about your mindset: arrogance over service, ego over courtesy. And now, you're waving around your so-called "4 decades of tradition" in my google review also that— as if that's a free pass to mistreat guests. Let me be brutally honest: longevity means nothing if your attitude is still stuck in the past. Hospitality isn't about how long you’ve existed — it’s about how you treat people today. And if this is how you handle a regular guest’s simple request, the next 4 decades aren’t going to look very bright for you either. Accusing a customer of spreading false facts while calling our feedback “uncivilized” just because we held you accountable? That’s not professionalism. That’s a business trying to silence valid criticism.(See my google review) To be clear: this wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was an intentional show of ego, poor service, and lack of respect. You’ve lost more than just our trust — you’ve lost your credibility.
