Well we went here to eat Momos’s only and they were delicious 😋 We discovered this place late but not too late. I think this place serves the best Momos’s in Darjeeling with the spicy red sauce and a soup. It’s a must visit place in Darjeeling.

We would have missed it if Kunga was not closed. We were upset about that and surprisingly we had a fantastic lunch on that hectic day. Maybe it’s only me , but it has a feeing of Chung-wah kolkata. Food is good enough, period.

It was our last day in darjeeling so we were looking for a fine dining restaurant and stumbled upon shangrila… the ambience was great, service was also fine however the food was below average.. most of the dishes were overcooked, especially pasta.. we couldn’t even eat it more than few bites, thai curry was bland as well as chicken was stale.. and so on.. for the amount we paid the taste of the food was not worth it.

One goes to a respectable restaurant to spend one's hard earned money only to find that you are surrounded by beggars with open sores, foul smelling body and half naked beggars.
