Say what? "Noor The Biryani House" stands tall in Darjeeling with their best Biryani, Kebab, Curries and more.. Been to so many biryani house in metropolitan cities but "Noor" remains the best in quality, quantity and the pricing. Tried their Mutton Dum Biryani and Bhatti Da Murgh, which were superb and taken parcel for my family a party packs of 4 Kg. Food : 5/5 Service : 4/5 Ambience : 5/5 You cant get better food than Noor. You guys rock and keep rocking. Thank You, Will visit again and recommend all darjeelingey!

Visited the place, recommended by a friend for their biryani. Despite being from Kolkata, loved the biryani they serve. It has aloo and salan with raita on the sides. We took - mutton and chicken biryani - meat pieces were ample and quantity good enough for one. Plain rice and egg curry - good. The ambience is great. It's part of sumi yashsree hotel. Although we went on a very foggy day, the view from here should be divine.

We ordered 6 mutton and 2 chicken biriyani. The order was served after 30 minutes even the water was not served at the beginning. Then the pieces in some biriyani handi were short. The waiter got irritated when we asked to serve the food on the plate.

Order the biryani n pasta. The rice of the biryani was of very low quality and taste was pathetic. And pasta my gosh was the worst ever i have ever eaten. The servers were least bothered about the complain we raised and was just stand and gossiping with other servers. Never going to this place again.
