Visited this place with my partner and had such a wonderful experience. We ordered both Italian and North Indian dishes, and honestly, every single item was amazing. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. It's genuinely one of the best meals we've had in a long time. The overall ambience, food, and service were all excellent. We left completely satisfied and will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for delicious food and great hospitality!

Had a great experience ordering from basil cafe!The the food was fresh, delicious and full of flavor .the quality and presentation were excellent,and the packaging was neat and secure.Everything arrived in perfect condition and tasted amazing Definitely looking forward to ordering again.. Always a wonderful experience dining here!! The ambience is warm, cozy, and perfect!!! The staff here is genuinely kind and attentive and cater to custom food preparations as well. Overall, a great experience- great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

So I went and ordered the food and it took quite some time before the food came and when the food came, the main course, the Nan was raw to which we told the waiter to please cook it properly and get it well done to which he replied ‘you should have said earlier that you wanted it cooked through’ and took it back. The second time it arrived the same. It was still uncooked, so we did not do anything. We did not say anything after that we before leaving. We just gave a verbal review, saying that you should be polite with the customers and the Naan was raw to which they did say sorry, but also made faces behind the back and so I am a chef. I am from the same industry, so I know that something like this happens either you don’t pay for the particular dish or you get something complimentary or something like that, or you get a discount, depending upon wish to which they did not do anything, they gave us the full bill and even took the leftover one, that was left on the table, which we were still eating, so I found the Behaviour quite unprofessional and the food was quite average, so that’s my review.
