I had an amazing experience. The ambience was too good. The staff was welcoming & nice . at first i was sceptical but it was a very good experience for me. I will visit again . if you want a cozy place with decent food quality this is the place you have to visit .

the food was good but in the end they applied for a voluntary service charge I did pay for it but later when I asked them what it was then they said I could have been removed from the bill but nothing can be done now

The food was average, not that tasty. The portion were too small for the price and the taste was mediocre at best. The coffee was okay ig mine was cold so not happy. Overall 2.5/5

Very Bad Service and Unprofessional. Brought three different type glasses to serve water, took more than 30 minutes to serve the whole order. They were bringing every item ordered one by one after interval of 15 minutes. Very Bad Experience. Quantity of Portion were very low and minimal. Very Unprofessional Service. According to the Quality Wise, Quantity Wise and service wise, Zero Rating. Very Costly....Zero Worth....

I ordered a peach ice tea a lemonade pizza and a chicken salad. The drinks were ok but the pizza was too buttery for my liking but didn’t tasted that great. So my wife ended up eating all that because she somewhat liked it. Then the chicken salad, it was horrible. The ingredients were not fresh. The mushroom and the other veggies were very soggy and were stale as if they have been sitting for more than a couple of days. The chicken was also stale rubbery and very chewy. I only ate the chicken from the salad that too felt a lot chewy and dry. The feel of the salad should be fresh instead it felt stale, bit warm, and loaded with unnecessary amounts of vinegar, lemon and black pepper. The overall service was ok.

Don’t know but didn’t got that vibe and it felt like too much hotch potch in the cafe. Food was not at all good what i expected. Ambience too looked staged and not organic . Like Piccolo gives a nice cozy warmth but Cafune contrary served too cluttered and not good. All the people who sat in next table were not comfortable.. every one was trying to either sit to another room or leaving the cafe. We too wanted to leave but since we were running out of time we choose to sit. But all together not good . 😔

very disappointing, frappe had no whipped cream, me and my friend ordered vanilla and hazelnut coffee frappe they were just tasting the same like any normal cold coffee, menu was misleading.

they are not even open and taking reservations on zomato. Nobody picks up the calls also in the restaurant
