CAHA was truly impressive. The menu has a wonderful variety, and every dish we tried was flavorful and well-prepared. The service was quick, and the staff was polite and attentive. The ambiance made the visit even better, creating the perfect setting for family gatherings or casual outings. Definitely recommend.

went there expecting romeo lane standards but it was far from it.. ordered pizza but the base was as hard as a stone..same with risotto which was a bit on the raw side..

Sometimes we return to a place even if the food is just average. But one of the major reasons to never return to a place is because of the staff attitude and the service. And this is exactly my reason for never coming to Kaha again. We came here, we ordered a few things and I specifically am a person who makes sure to try Matcha Cloud everywhere. And there is a particular way that Matcha Cloud is prepared. I told them I am lactose intolerant, so if they could give it to me in coconut water with almond milk. While Robin was the person who attended to us and he was extremely helpful and very sweet. When my matcha came, it was absolutely tasteless. There was no taste to it. And matcha was really limited. So I asked him to get it changed. Then there was another person who came by the name of Karan. When I told him that it did not taste palatable at all, not only did he roll his eyes at me, he was also very rude and told me that I wasn't aware how Matcha Cloud should be. I told him that there's a particular way that Matcha Cloud is prepared. But he was adamant on arguing and making me feel that I did not know what I wanted. And that completely put me off. The food was absolutely average. I wouldn't say it was too bad, but it wasn't very good either. But I ordered cannelloni, which was okay. But my primary reason to never return to this place is because of their server Karan, who just did not have his attitude right. And rolling your eyes at a customer is just not basic etiquette.

Visited Caha by Romeo Lane expecting to use the District bill payment option, as the restaurant was listed in the app with bill payment, coupons, and bank offers available. However, when it was time to pay, the staff informed me that they do not accept payments through District/Zomato and asked for direct payment instead. This was disappointing because the app clearly suggested that bill payment offers were available. Please clarify whether the listing is outdated or if the restaurant is refusing a supported payment method so customers can avoid confusion.
