Dehradun Diary! The grand finale and arguably the first things which comes to foodies mind when Dehradun mentions the legendary ELLORAS BAKERY! This 70 year old Bakery also has a relatively recent MELTING MOMENTS by Elloras @ Rajpur Road Doon.The huge spaced outlet has numerous bakery items including cakes,pastries,patties, cookies and ofcourse their signature item Rusks! They also have a tasting corner which is rather rare in India. We had veg patties,Chicken patties,Chicken pie,paneer hot dog and all stuff was awesum. And as most people do also got their famous MILK TOASTIES RUSK packed for Lucknow. The new outlet look and feel does reminds of the legendary WENGERS from New Delhi,though Elloras is still economical. All in all a real TASTE OF DOON!!!

Received a lovely cake in a perfectly intact condition. Very satisfied with the service and quality I hope this is maintained and continued Did experience badly delivered cakes in the past but I am happy they have improved now! Good work

The place is so pretty! They have everything from cookies to croissants to flavoured bal mithais and so much more. Their cookies are buttery and delicious. Their coffee biscuits were my favourite. aloo puffs were very mid, the strawberry & mango bal mithai was not the best tho so definitely avoid that. Overall, a good experience!

the Belgian chocolate truffle pastry and the tres leches is a disappointment. charging 100 bucks for no taste or quality! Not sure about the hype!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience — Poor Execution Despite Clear Reference I ordered a cake for my parents’ 25th anniversary from Ellora’s, Dehradun, and shared a clear reference picture (attached below). I was told only the color might differ, but the rest would match. Unfortunately, the final cake looked nothing like what was promised the design detailing was flat and uneven, the 2-D white floral work looked rushed, and the finishing overall was very poor. For such a special occasion, we expected professional work and attention to detail, but this looked like a hurried job. Definitely not worth the price or the trust we placed in them. Sharing this so others are aware and can make an informed choice before ordering.

I've always had a good experience with Ellora's bakery products but today I was thoroughly disappointed and shocked to find a huge strand of hair in my Chipotle cheese burger bought on Saturday, the 6th of July around 11 am. Sadly, I forgot to take a picture as proof because the incident really put me off. It is definitely not okay to compromise on hygiene, and that too coming from such a prestigious bakery is a big let down. I hope this issue is brought to light and resolved at once.

Very underwhelming! I went to check it out due to its hype and it didn't live upto the expectation. I started with a pineapple pastry which had a bit sour taste. The casatta pastry was decent but was very dry and crumbly. The veg patty was too dense with the taste like when we eat last night's mix veg in butter toast. The cheese patty also was not a pleasant thing to try. Not recommended.

This was my horrible experience i ordered cake knowing it is from elloras ( famous in doon) they delivered cake in smashed way ...it was my parents 50th anniversary they ruined it....despite telling them on phone call to write a small note on the cake ..... They didn't mention anything ....it was delivered in a bad shape ....hopeless bakery shop ..iam not gonna order now onwards ..

I bought two chocolate cakes last night but it was so dirty that even a single bite could not be eaten. So hard and stale .. so big and moist , such a small work of bakery , the price of pastry for two is 180 RS . BUT SUCH A BAD TASTE AND EXPERIENCE TOO ...won't go again ELLORA'S नाम बड़े और दर्शन छोटे
