Ordered malap chap …chap is without salt in it .. even sweet taste is there..not upto the mark…but i love desserts from five star …everything in sweets…

I hv ordered kaju mix mawa but they have delivered to me kaju Katali instead of kaju mix.. actually kaju Katali and kaju brfi are two different sweets.. Kumar's kaju barfi is really very tasty.. five star janta restaurants making fool to the customers.. no taste.. different sweets delivered and it was around 816 rs per 800 grm..

Service was not that good and every staff just wanted the customers to leave as soon as possible so they also get to go hone sooner

Terrible sweets and owner family guys are totally lala type... they don't give a hack to what their staff is doing right or not doing. Go at your own risk. they have a great quality to ruin your evening or day or your digestion system..... if you want to see how you sell stale food at 5 or 7 star hotel's rate... do visit this pathetic place called 5 start premium in Jakhan Dehradun. really don't want to visit this place ever again and that's the only reasons I'm writing this review so that other ppl with family can be cautious and avoid this loot place... these son of a .... think they can buy everything in the world by buying fake review but just try to be their reguld customer and get your food packed from their... you'll realize their intentions and real aukat

Tried this chole bhature meal and honestly, it was a letdown. The chole was way too oily — you can clearly see a thick layer of oil floating on top in the bowl. It completely overpowered the taste and made it heavy and unpleasant to eat. The bhature were decent, but the overall meal didn’t feel fresh. Even the salad and chutney couldn’t save the experience.

I literally puked when I opened my package...I had actually ordered a thali last night...and the moment I opened it Firstly there was a HAIR in the food....and secondly the raita in the thali had spread out on the veggies. The food was tasteless and full of salt. Pathetic food ....🤮🤮🤮

We gave a order for sweets for gifting and they messed up our entire order instead of sugar free milk cake, patisa was given and similarly all the requested sweets were not as per the order. Heavily disappointed by the service and quality. would not recommend it to anyone.

the staff at cash counter is not working honestly.he tried to cheat me 50.00 rs. refer my invoice AR/24-25/51232 dated 22.08.2024. time 8.10 pm.check your cctv footage.I protested.Then the staff yielded. very bad experience.

Worst quality. namkeen In Dehradun, adulteration in oil low quality product....Waste of money Also Malai Ghewar is duplicate ,Mawa used is dalda mixed. ऊंची दुकान फिके पकवान।
