The worst Gulab ever! It is showing on zomato that I can pay my bill through the app but when I asked them about it they said “we don’t use zomato only swiggy”. I even told them that they are not showing on Swiggy so they showed me on their phone but I noticed that the address was for ‘chukkuwala’ and not this outlet, when I asked them about this they said “we don’t know how it is showing chukkuwala but it is for this outlet”. They won’t let me pay with zomato because I had zomato gold offer. Completely unprofessional behaviour!
