4* for food and service - good but not VFM. But: 1) Took over 15 min to inform one item was not available 2) Never offered to serve the dishes and Most Importantly 3) Billed with Service Charges in clear violation of CCPA

Discounts for review....absolutely atrocious and shameful. The staff hardly knows what's a dish on the menu offers. Service is pretty delayed.
