After trying and bring underwhelmed by majnu ka tila outlet, i wanted to try dehradun outlets. I was happy with the decor though I'm a little disappointed about koreanization. Let's get the food now. 1. Deviled Chicken momos 4/5 Very juicy momos in a tasty sauce. I have had better but still this was really good. 2. Chicken thukpa 4.5/5 Excellent flavourful broth with veggies and chicken. Just this dish is more than enough to fill two people's stomach. The portion size is also large. Recommended! 3. Glass noodle soup (veg) 4/5 Slightly less flavourful as compared to the thukpa but lighter than thukpa. Very good assortment of veggies including oyester mushrooms. But i did not like potato in it. One time try! 4. Mushroom datshi 5/5 with Tingmo Classic datshi dish. Absolutely delicious combination of Tingmo and datshi. A must try!! Overall, i was very pleased with my food experience. I recommend this place!

I am a muslim and i had ordered mix meat noodles The menu doesn’t specify mix meat has pork in it and i ended up eating pork This was a horrifying experience for me the management should clearly mention it on their menu the meat added to their food

Kalsang is said to be one of the top restaurants in Dehradun and I visited them for a soul satisfying Tibetan dinner. The Thukpa and Momos were super, and I got tempted seeing another table's order of tempura prawns, which were, sadly, a letdown.

Ambience - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful 2-storeyed restaurant, well decorated and maintained Staff - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mint Iced Tea - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really flavourful and not too sweet, which is great Kalsang Special Dimsums (veg) - ⭐⭐⭐ Served in a bowl full of tomato gravy, nothing special Wai wai laphing - ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kalsang Restaurant consistently faces hygiene issues, and there's a recurring problem of not following food instructions. Discovered a rubber band cooked with the food. Zomato initiated a refund after contacting the restaurant, but this raises serious concerns. Kindly improve your hygiene standards.

Went to Kalsang after a long time. This was however my first time at this Kalsang (the one near Clock Tower). Ordered Mutton Jhol Momos. The food served wasn’t hot enough. The gravy (jhol) was a bit too watery (wish it was thicker) and the momos didn’t have enough filling. My previous experiences at Kalsang have been far better than this one.

The server was missing half the orders we had to follow up everything. The omuerice is not authentic at all the omelet was flat fried no gravy provided for the rice too and added ketchup on egg not a good experience. The server was rude wen we said for parcel he is asking who will pay first. Highly not recommend this restaurant me too i manage a restaurant the need to teach they server manners no value for money sorry to say m

I ordered a lassi minus banana,the staff had audacity to serve plain milk shake and argue that it was lassi only.had heard a lot about kalsang but a huge huge huge disappointment. Not recommending to others for sure if someone is looking for quality and honest service .
