Ordered steamed momos, Hakka noodles, and Manchurian—everything tasted quite average and definitely not worth the price. To make matters worse, they charged ₹100 for a their own branded basic plastic water bottle. The service was poor, and the floor seating area felt unhygienic. Overall, it didn’t live up to the hype and isn’t worth a visit.

Was visiting Dehradun for some work and visited this place, I liked the taste and ambience but service could be improved 1. Pad Thai- loved it, good portion with right mix of sauces 2. Wheat momos- the taste was okay ish, can skip 3. Healthy fiber- Banana and Avacado mix that taste good. Service needs to improve

1 review bhi dena nahi banta jis tarike ka chicken shin ramen and chicken teriyaki shushi provide ki gayi hai. bahut hi kharab taste tha. music bhi bahut loud tha bilkul fish market lag raha tha. bezzatti kar rakhi kalsang ke Naam ki.

I don’t even want to give one star. Their service is as pathetic as it can get. We were running late and my husband reserved us a table at Kalsang Mall of Dehradun. The manager said that since it’s late we should place our order in one go. However when we placed the order the kitchen chef refused to take our order and staff was clueless. They refused to adhere to the manager’s request too, highly unprofessional and rude staff with no communication between them. I was with a child, and yet they behaved in this manner and asked us to leave. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, we’ve been regular at Kalsang Rajpur and this behaviour is extremely shocking.

Absolutely terrible experience at Kalsang! The food was shockingly bad and the service was even worse. We ordered just three dishes, and it took over an hour for anything to arrive. Water wasn’t even served — we had to ask multiple times (at least 3-4 times), and even then, they took another 15 minutes just to bring us glasses to have the water they served! Completely unacceptable. The food finally came, not only ridiculously late but also not all at once, and to top it off, it tasted awful. There was nothing redeeming about the experience — pathetic service, substandard food, and zero basic hospitality. Avoid this place at all costs — it’s a complete disaster.
