Probably the best place for sweets and chats in Dehradun. Their seating is lit too. It was the second time I’m visiting this place and it was really difficult to control to eat everything out there. Last time I guess I got Rasamalai. This time I chose a Kesar Rasamalai and mix chat, or in their words, simply chaat. My friend bought few sweets, which too tasted divine. We got our chat items and came out to sit in cool air. Chat was superb with a mix of everything. Mostly the taste works due to the sweet curd and the sauce. It was to perfection. After gulping it down in a hurry I had Kesar Rasamalai too which was top notch. Even the temperature in which it was sold with perfect coldness, it was nothing short of a spectacle. If you go to Dehradun, Kumar Sweet Shop is a must visit place.

Kumar Sweet's is one of the oldest sweet shop in Dehradun and it is well known to everyone. It is the best for its sweet though it also serve lots of other items too. Best place for food lover. I had tried many things for here since my childhood. Recently I tried chole bhature over der and it was delicious 😋 . The bhature was totally oil free as u won't feel your finger full of oil as it usually used to be with bhature. It is just mouth watering. In sweets I had opted Gulab jamun and Ras malai also....They too was as good and same as it use to be when I was a kid. Must try place for all sweet lovers.😍 Taste 5/5 Service 5/5 Price 5/5

One of the iconic places in Dehradun who have made a name for themselves all over the country. Still remember the old shop and the chaos one faced while getting something. New place is better managed and have good seating space as well. Love Kumar's Ras Malai, they are to die for. Though I have not tried much of their savory items but Pani Puri and chat were really good. In case you come here, remember the most famous sweets are Bal meethai, Milk Chocolate Burfi, Ras Malai, Raj bhog and Milk Cake(Kalakand). Usually you may find they are out of these sweets.

I've been visiting this place since I was probably a toddler, everything they so is great! I'd highly recommended the Bal mithai, ras malai, chena murki, lauki ki barfi, paan mithai, moong dal barfi and the kulfi faluda. The sweets taste the same since forever which is beyond amazing. Must visit!

One of the oldest sweet shops in Dehradun famous for its Ras Malai. This place serves the best and freshest sweets and street food in Dehradun at reasonable prices. The quality and quantity is good to satisfy anyone.

BEST FOOD EVER, I M LOVING THIS PALACE BECAUSE ALL ITEMS PROVIDE BY KUMAR IT'S DELICIOUS AND FRESH. SO PLACE IS GOOD FOR OUTING FOOD PRICE ALSO VERY REASONABLE.

We ordered kalakand from the original kumar sweet shop,Jakhan, Rajpur Road, Dehradun but it looks like plain mava barfi made by local halwai. We are absolutely not satisfied with the quality of it. It is recommended to improve the preparation and quality of the sweets otherwise we'll have no choice but to purchase products from anywhere else.

the employees of this shop are very rude particularly the token person of samosa as they are giving free of cost .customer is paying you if customer is not there whom u will sell the material.this is the start of fall
