The Food- instead of Chicken Lung fung soup it looked as if veg soup was served; the breads served were cold; Undoubtedly, the service was fast and courteous. Overall, a poor experience.

Avoid This Place – Horrible Service & Hostile Staff I had a terrible experience at Headquarters and cannot recommend this spot to anyone. The service was painfully slow, and to make matters worse, our food order didn't even arrive complete. The dishes were brought out in separate parts with massive delays in between. Because we had to wait so long for the rest of our food to show up, the items that arrived first turned cold and completely ruined the meal. When the rest of the food finally did arrive, the quality was average at best. On top of that, the music was blasted at an uncomfortably loud volume, making it impossible to sit comfortably or talk. The absolute worst part was the staff's behavior. When we called them out on the delayed service and incomplete order, they became defensive and talked to us very rudely instead of fixing their mistakes. Advice to others: Save your money and go somewhere else. There are plenty of better places with good food, prompt service, and staff who actually treat customers with basic respect. Skip this one.

Ruined My Husband’s Birthday Celebration We went Headquarters to celebrate my husband’s birthday, but the experience was a complete disappointment. The service was painfully slow, and our food order didn't even arrive together. We were served in scattered parts with huge gaps in between, so by the time the rest of the food finally showed up, the first set of dishes had already gone completely cold. To make matters worse, the music was blaring so loudly that we couldn't even talk to each other as a family. When we politely brought up these flaws and requested better service on his special day, the staff was extremely rude, defensive, and behaved very badly toward us instead of taking responsibility.

Bakwas Experience Aur Rude Staff 8 August ko hum Headquarters gaye the, lekin experience bohot hi kharab raha. Service bohot slow thi aur khana ek baar mein poora aaya hi nahi. Tukdon mein khana aane ki wajah se pehle wala khana bilkul thanda ho gaya. Music itna loud tha ki baat karna mushkil tha. Jab humne staff ko unki service flaw ke baare mein bola, toh wo bohot rudely baat karne lage. Advice: Kisi bhi celebration ke liye yahan mat jana, poora mood spoil ho jayega.

Absolutely terrible experience. The bouncer was extremely rude and seemed to have no basic manners or customer service skills. If this is how guests are treated, the management seriously needs to rethink who they hire. I won’t be visiting again and wouldn’t recommend this place …gawaar illiterate ppl
