I am writing this review as I am sitting here at the restaurant. It is such a heartbreak to see your childhood spot getting ruined. I ordered 1 chicken kothey, 1 veg kothey & veg thukpa. Got thukpa first, after half hour got chicken kothey and my mother had to wait another half hour to get veg kothey. When asked to cancel or how much time precisely it will take the server said, "bhayya yahan pe toh itna hi time lagta hai." The quality and service of this place has degraded. Very disappointing & horrible experience!!!
