A beautiful day well spent at Hyatt ✨ We had such a wonderful time today at Hyatt. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special. The drinks we ordered were absolutely amazing- I especially loved their peach iced tea, and the cold coffee was just perfect. The pizza and spaghetti were decent, but the real highlight was the ambience. The atmosphere, hospitality, and the overall energy of the place were truly delightful. Next time, we are definitely coming back to their buffet and enjoy an even more amazing experience. Can’t wait for the next visit! 🍽️✨

Ambience is good. The food is on point every single bite feels like soft burst full of subtle spices, aroma perfect. The only downside is the service that they provide really slow and I don't know why but it felt like staff was over burdened. For them it was difficult to manage, few looked very tired as if they need sleep. JW Marriott asigns a particular waiter for every table. Hyatt should look into this matter if they want it make it a success, also I had a regency suite so no logic behind that they were better with guests who booked rooms. They actually need either more staff or good training.

We had lunch here and ordered the Aglio Olio pasta, Neapolitan Veg pizza, and a mocktail. The mocktail was average, and the pizza was also quite average in taste. Overall, the food was okay, but it did not meet our expectations.

Went for their much publicised Sunday brunch today as a birthday celebration for me. It was a chaotic experience to say the least. The service was so bad as to be funny. Starting from the unmanned reception to wide rambling buffet where either the labels or the attending person was missing. This was the first “brunch” which had no coffee/tea service! Neither did it have a selection of breads or even an egg station, my wish to make myself a breakfast sandwich from the selection of cold cuts remained unfulfilled in the absence of bread. There was no menu displayed anywhere and throughout the two hours we spent there we kept coming across new dishes hidden away in nooks and crannies, chefs manning different stations appeared and disappeared at will. The bewildered person at the Peking duck station was heard loudly complaining “mujhe abhi achanak se yahan khade hone ko bol diya, mera kaam nahi hai” The sushi bar was a joke in itself, not counting the bad sushi, when asked about which sushi it was, all the server could tell us that “green is veg and red is non veg😂” . Thus enlightened we then asked how to serve ourselves the wasabi since there were no spoons in sight. It took some time to get the need for spoon across. We spent more time in hunting for what food is available than actually eating it. The highlight was the birthday cake which came with the bill😁😁😂 giving us the feeling of attending a ten year olds party where everyone has cake and then goes home, whose home pack contained the candle packed in with the cake piece still on it!! The only spot on thing was the live music which was the silver lining in the whole dismal setup. Team Hyatt if you are reading this, you really need to train your staff better. Tell them to remember that they are working at a supposed 5 star and a shoddy lacklustre disinterested service just doesn’t cut it.
